To check your latest handicap please do the following;

1. Click on this link which will take you to the RFEG official site;

https://www.rfegolf.es/PaginasServicios/ServicioHandicap.aspx

2. Then type in your Federation License Number in the first box and press "enter"

3. This will give you your latest World Handicap (they change very often)

4. Finally, take a look at the slope sheet to see your slope handicap. Qualifiers are now played with the 95% slope, so that is the one you will need.
